Thank you for your interest in Glacier Bay, Inc. marine power systems. I am not sure that what we have at the moment will be ideal for your boat. We have done a retrofit of a Nauticat 43 motor sailer that would be the closest similar project. I am attaching a project questionnaire and some form factor drawings to this email as pdf files.
I would guess that the 25 kW system would give you a boat speed of around 6 to 6.5 knots under power. Standard Victron battery chargers will run from the 230 vdc supplied by the generator to give you 12 or 24 volts house current and you can get 120vac from an inverter. Heating loads such as resistance stoves and hot water can also run directly from the dc bus. Three phase 208 ac motors are really universal motors and some appliences, such as Spectra watermakers that use these motors can also run from the 230 vdc power bus.
The list price for the motor, controllers, power distribution box, and helm station would be $$49,231.
